This is a logo design for "The Inside Word", a high-end service that provides etiquette classes to new immigrants from the east. The brand required the logo to be sleek, stylish and sophisticated. 

I designed the logo to visualize the essence of their service, one that helps foriengers to assimilate and "enter a new world". To portray this I simply used a broken circle, peeling away to form a minimalistic koru (symbolizing the new culture their entering, the koru itself meaning "new life" and "growth")
